Success at mediation is highly dependent upon the mediator who is selected. The ability to place the parties at ease, encourage them to speak openly and freely, facilitate respectful and productive discourse, and arrive at a mutually agreeable resolution are paramount in most successful mediations.

Yoni has the innate ability to place the parties in a comfortable frame of mind allowing them to more easily arrive at a resolution. His extensive experience with banking, foreclosure, and bankruptcy enables him to offer the parties creative solutions and recommendations throughout the mediation process. He takes an "outside-the-box" approach to mediation which is oftentimes exactly what the parties need.

For nearly 10 years, Yoni was a commercial banker. He personally financed over $100 MM of commercial real estate, middle market loans and working capital lines. While attending law school Yoni managed a commercial loan workout department at Green Bank. Following law school, Yoni interned at the Bankruptcy Court in Miami. His experience gives him a highly unique perspective on conflict resolution from which the parties in a mediation will certainly benefit.

Today, Yoni operates a client centered bankruptcy practice in Miami Beach. The practice also handles estate planning for moderate to wealthy clients as well as collections for small businesses.

Yoni is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and is also certified to conduct foreclosure mediations in Broward and Miami-Dade counties.

Yoni is fluent in both English and Hebrew.
